The business was established in 2023, by a team of caring and compassionate people wanting to make a difference in the care sector, the company appointed White’s Healthcare Ltd, a care consultancy company with over 25 years in the care sector to help support and guide them through the processes. Together we have built firm foundations to allow the company to grow and deliver outstanding care.

At Titan Care Group we are taking on new clients, the process for this after the initial enquiry one of our dedicated team will arrange a pre-assessment, this mean they will visit you at your property and gather information, this everything we need legally to start your service and develop your bespoke care plan.

Personal information, Name, Date of Birth, GP details, Past medical history, what care a support you need, your preferences and wishes
